Group Services

Group Services

Group services are services provided to multiple clients at the same time, such as couples massages, guided meditations, and group sauna sessions.

  • Customize your group services: Specify the allowed group size and how many service providers are needed.

  • Book group services online: Allow clients to book group services online and enter the contact details for each person in the group.

  • Send individual notifications & forms: Each client in the group will receive their own appointment confirmation, reminders, and forms.

Once a group service is booked, it will create a group appointment on the calendar. A group appointment icon allows you to see which appointments are part of a group.

The articles in this section cover how to create group services and use resources with group services.
